Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, but the refund and eligibility depend on the timing and type of your booking:
    
      Advance bookings (pickup more than 48 hours from booking): Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking. After 24 hours, 50% refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before pickup. No refund within 24 hours of pickup.
      Mid bookings (pickup 48-24 hours from booking): Free cancellation within 2 hours of booking. After 2 hours, 50% refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before pickup. No refund within 2

What happens if the other user cancels my booking?

If the vehicle owner cancels outside the allowed window, you will receive a 50% or full refund depending on the case, or a replacement vehicle may be offered at no extra cost.
      If no replacement is available, you will receive a full refund and may be issued a compensation voucher.

How can I list my vehicle?

After creating a user account and completing your profile, you can:
      Add your vehicle details, photos, pricing, and availability
      Set pickup and drop-off time slots (24/7 or custom)
      Upload required documents (ownership, insurance, etc.)
      Make your vehicle live on the platform

Do I need to verify my identity?

Yes. All users must verify their identity and provide a valid driver's license. Vehicle documentation is also required for listing a vehicle.

Can I cancel a booking made by another user?

Accepted Answer

Only in the following cases:
    
      You cancel within 24 hours of booking confirmation, and pickup is more than 12 hours away
      For bookings made 12–24 hours before pickup, you may cancel within 4 hours of confirmation, as long as 8+ hours remain
      Instant bookings cannot be canceled.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. You can book and receive payouts via your registered account.

When do I receive my earnings?

Once a rental is completed, earnings are processed and sent to your account within the timeframe specified in your dashboard.

What if the other user doesn't show up?

If the user listing the vehicle doesn't show, you may be offered a replacement or full refund.
      If the renter doesn't show within 1 hour of the pickup time, the booking may be marked as a no-show.

Is Vrooz available as a mobile app?

Not yet. Currently, Vrooz is only available as a web application. A mobile version is planned in the future.
