At Vrooz, your safety is our top priority. These guidelines are designed to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable experience for both Renters and Vehicle Owners. Please read and follow these recommendations every time you use our platform.

1. General Safety for All Users

  • Always communicate through the Vrooz platform. Avoid sharing personal contact details until a booking is confirmed.
  • Meet in safe, public, and well-lit locations for vehicle handovers whenever possible.
  • Carry your driver's license for verification at pickup and drop-off.
  • Inspect the vehicle together and document its condition with photos before and after the rental period.
  • Do not hand over or accept a vehicle if you feel unsafe or if the other party's identity cannot be verified.
  • Report any suspicious activity or safety concerns to Vrooz Support immediately.

2. Safety Guidelines for Renters

  • Check the vehicle's registration, insurance, and roadworthiness before accepting the keys.
  • Do not drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substances that impair your ability to drive safely.
  • Follow all local traffic laws, speed limits, and parking regulations.
  • Use seat belts at all times and ensure all passengers are buckled up.
  • Do not allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle.
  • Return the vehicle on time, in the same condition, and with the agreed-upon fuel level.
  • In case of an accident or breakdown, contact the Vehicle Owner and Vrooz Support immediately.
  • Do not use the vehicle for illegal activities, racing, or off-road driving unless explicitly permitted.

3. Safety Guidelines for Vehicle Owners

  • Ensure your vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and meets all legal requirements for rental.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date documentation, including registration, insurance, and emission certificates.
  • Meet the Renter in a safe, public location and verify their identity and driver's license.
  • Explain the vehicle's features, controls, and any special instructions to the Renter.
  • Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before handing it over.
  • Be available by phone or chat during the rental period in case the Renter needs assistance.
  • Inspect the vehicle upon return and document its condition with photos.
  • Report any incidents, damages, or policy violations to Vrooz Support promptly.

4. Emergency Contacts & Support
