Report a Problem

Report technical issues, booking disputes, or policy violations to Vrooz Support. We respond within 24 hours to all reports.

What You Can Report

Users may report any of the following:

  • Platform or Technical Issues
    • Website errors or bugs
    • Broken features (search, booking, listing, login, etc.)
    • Document upload issues
  • Booking Problems
    • No-show or late arrival
    • Vehicle not as described or not roadworthy
    • Cancellations outside the allowed timeframe
    • Location mismatches for pickup/drop-off
  • Policy Violations or Misconduct
    • Fraudulent or suspicious behavior
    • Unverified vehicle listings
    • Inappropriate communication or harassment
    • Unsafe handover conditions
  • Account or Security Issues
    • Suspicious login activity
    • Unauthorized changes to your account
    • Phishing or impersonation attempts

How to Report a Problem

  1. Report via Email
    Send an email to: contact@vrooz.lk
    Subject line: Problem Report – [Short Description]
    Include the following details to help us respond quickly and accurately:
    • A detailed description of the issue
    • Vehicle ID, booking ID, or user profile (if applicable)
    • Screenshots or documents (optional but helpful)
    • Your registered email or phone number

Response Time

We aim to respond to all reported issues within 24 hours.
Urgent cases such as fraud or safety risks are prioritized and reviewed immediately.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

All reports are handled confidentially. Your identity and information will not be shared with any other party without your consent, unless required by law or safety protocols.

We adhere to our Privacy Policy in processing all personal information related to your report.

In Case of Emergency

If your issue involves an immediate threat to personal safety, we strongly advise you to contact your local authorities first. Once safe, you can submit your report to our team.
